Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer II with a strong background in robotics and microtronics to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and developing advanced electrical systems for robotic and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical design, embedded systems, and microelectronics, combined with hands-on experience in creating and optimizing high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and optimize electrical components and systems for robotic and microtronic applications in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Circuit Design: Create and test circuit designs, including analog, digital, and power electronics, to support robotic and MEMS functionality.
  • Embedded Systems: Develop embedded systems and firmware for control and operation of robotic and microtronic devices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate electrical designs into comprehensive systems.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed schematics, specifications, and technical reports to document design processes and product development.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical systems to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
  • Compliance: Ensure all designs and projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality assurance protocols.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals and budgets.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronics, robotics, and semiconductor technology to drive continuous innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on robotics and microtronic systems.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., Altium, OrCAD).
    • Experience with embedded systems development and programming (e.g., C/C++, VHDL/Verilog).
    • Knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, and fabrication processes.
    • Understanding of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and their electrical requirements.
    • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
